影响成人英语教育的因素和对策

摘　　要：现今,终生学习的理念深入人心,越来越多的人希望通过成人教育帮助自己"充电",以适应日新月异的时代变化和经济的发展。在知识经济时代,现有的知识结构和体系变化快,对专业人才的要求也愈来愈高,知识的增长和技能的提高有助于保持自身竞争力,甚至加强竞争优势,因此,成人教育的开设为成年人的后续教育开辟了一条可行且有效的道路。其中,随着全球化的深入,英语在成人教育中长期占据着重要的位置,个性化的呼声越来越高,提升成人英语育的质量和水平,有助于满足成年人学习者的需求,同时为壮大和发展成人英语教育作出贡献,进而在一定程度上促进经济和社会的发展。Nowadays, the concept of lifelong learning, more and more people hope that through adult education to help oneself ＂charge＂, so as to adapt to the era of rapid change and development of the economy. In the era of knowledge economy, the existing system of knowledge structure and change fast, more and more high to the require- ment of professional talents, improve the growth of knowledge and skills will help keep their own competitiveness, and strengthen competitive advantage, therefore, the adult education to open the follow-up education for adults has opened up a feasible and effective way. Among them, with the deepening of the globalization, English in long-term adult education occupies the important position, personalized calls for more and more high, improve the quality and level of the adult English, help to meet the needs of adult learners, at the same time contribute to grow and develop adult English education, and promote economic and social development to a certain extent.
