高职院校学生社团工作现状分析与发展对策——以西安航空职业技术学院学生社团工作为例

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的不断深化改革,学生社团组织日益成为学生和学校、社会联系的纽带和桥梁,在学生的专业知识获取、思想道德建设、校园文化塑造等综合素质提升方面发挥着重要作用。在本文中,笔者将从发现问题、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题四个研究方面,以西安航空职业技术学院社团组织为研究对象,对高职院校学生社团工作的重要作用、面临问题、发展现状和管理对策依次进行阐述。Along with the deepening reform of higher education in our country, student organizations become the link and bridge of students and schools, social contact, in the students＂ professional knowledge acquisition, thought moral construction, campus culture shaping comprehensive quality improvement plays an important role.In this paper, the from the discovery of the problem, proposed the question, problem analysis and problem solving four research, to Xi＇an Vocational and Technical College of aviation organizations as the research object, the important role of the work of student societies in vocational colleges, facing problems, development status and Management Countermeasures in order to carry on the elaboration.
