摘　　要：文章主要以机械制造专业"工学结合"人才培养模式如何实施为例,阐述"工学结合"的具体做法与国内外研究现状。通过对比研究强调人才培养模式在高职教学中的重要性。分享了"工学结合"在课程实施、团队建设、实习实训等环节的具体作法。分析了高职教育现阶段存在的问题,为相关研究提供参考。Taking how to implement the ？ work-study training mode of the talents majoring in Machinofacture for example, this paper will elaborate both the specific practices and the current research at home and abroad on Machinofacture. By the comparative study, the importance of training mode that is adopted in a vocational＆technical college is emphasized. It is share about the work-study specific practices on teaching steps like the curriculum implementation, team building, practical training and etc. The analysis on the occurring problems of vocational education was taken in order to provide some references for the related research.
