摘 要:针对春光油田超稠油黏度高、开采难度大的问题,就影响春光油田超稠油高黏敏感性因素进行研究。结果表明,春光油田超稠油高黏度的主要原因之一是胶质和沥青质组分质量分数较高,春光油田超稠油的胶质由3~4个芳香环为主的稠环芳香性分子组成,芳香结构以蒽、菲、苯并蒽等线性排列为主,胶质分子含有可形成氢键的羟基、羧基、胺基、羰基等强极性基团,从而产生强缔合作用。此外镍、铁、钙等金属元素质量分数较高,可形成卟啉络合物,增加了沥青质和胶质形成的胶团结构的内聚力,导致稠油黏度较高。In allusion to the problem of high viscosity and difficult development of super heavy oil in Chunguang Oilfield,the sensitivity factors of high viscosity for super heavy oil in the oilfield were studied.The results showed that one of the main reasons of ultra-high viscosity for heavy oil was the higher content of colloid and asphaltene with high molecular weight,and it contained a high Ni,Fe,Ca and other metals.The results of UV-V was spectrophotometry and FTIR spectrum showed that the colloid of super heavy oil in Chunguang Oilfield was composed of aromatic array with 3to 4aromatic rings,and the romantic structure was linear order of anthracene,phenanthrene,benzo anthracene.The results of FTIR spectrum show that the molecules of the colloid include hydroxy,carboxyl,amido and carbonyl,all of them can make up hydrogen bonds.It also indicates that there is a strong hydrogen bond interaction between the molecules of asphaltenes and colloid,which generates a strong association,thereby resulting in higher viscosity of super heavy oil.
