基于“R&O-CPIO3+1”模式的新建本科院校应用型人才培养模式创新探索——以某学院“电子商务专业”剖析为例

摘　　要：应用技术大学是新建本科院校未来的发展方向,新建本科院校应"去学科化",重视以就业为导向的专业建设。基于这一定位,新建本科院校理应加强教学系统建设,重构应用型人才培养模式,改革课程体系、教学模式和实践教学体系,构建适应应用型教学的校企合作互动平台。以R&O-CPIO为核心的电子商务专业人才培养模式改革实践,为新建本科院校相关专业建设提供了经验借鉴。University of applied technology is the future direction of development of newly-built colleges and universities.The newly-built universities and colleges should＂ignore discipline＂,and attach importance to the professional construction in employment oriented.On this basis,the newly built colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of teaching system,reconstruct the training mode of applied talents,and reform the curriculum system,teaching mode and practical teaching system and build college-enterprise cooperation platform which adapts to the teaching.The reform and practice of the training mode of e-commerce professionals with R＆O-CPIO as the core,is to provide the reference for the related specialty construction in newly built colleges and universities.
