摘 要:精确计算永磁同步电主轴定子的模态,对于预测永磁同步电主轴的振动和噪声是至关重要的。文章用解析法和有限元法分别计算了永磁同步电主轴定子周向模态和轴向模态。并分析了端盖、温升对永磁同步电主轴定子的固有频率的影响。研究表明:端盖对定子的约束使低阶模态提升较多,而对高阶模态影响很小;电主轴工作过程中的温升会造成模态频率的略微下降。分析了电主轴定子轴向模态的相对声强系数对电主轴噪声计算的影响,并与实验数据进行了对比,验证了计算结果的实用性。Accurate calculation of the stator frequencies of the permanent magnet synchronous motor spindle( PMSMS) is essential to the prediction of acoustic noise and vibration of PMSMS. This paper presents determination of circumference and axial mode of stator of( PM SM S) by both finite element method and analytical method. The influence of the end cover and the temperature rise onthe natural frequency is investigated.The study shows that the end cover of the stator has a great influence on lowmodes and a little impact on higher modes. The temperature rise causes the natural frequency of the stator decline slightly. The influence of the relatively sound intensity coefficient with the consideration of the axial modal on PM SM S noise is analyzed. The predict results are compared with experimental data and the practicality is verified.
