摘 要:通过对已经历与燃料管相同制造循环并经(450±25)℃下加热1h的起泡退火试验的T6061Al合金包壳样品表面进行水煮预处理和不同膜厚的硫酸阳极氧化预处理,对预生膜进行厚度、表面形貌检测和高压釜腐蚀试验。结果表明:水煮预生膜厚度在500nm左右,其抗高压釜腐蚀的能力远大于阳极氧化预生膜的;阳极氧化预生膜越厚,每一高压釜腐蚀试验周期后,其预生膜厚度增加量与单位面积增重量越大。T6061A1 Boiling alloy el and sulfuric adding about fuel tube and been annealing test. The thic sampl heate kness acid anodizing process were conducted on the surface of es which had experienced the same manufacturing cycle d for 1 h at the temperature of (4504-25) ℃ for foaming and surface morphology of preformed membranes were detected, as well as the autoclave corrosion tests were done. The result shows that boiled preformed membrane thickness is about 500 nm, and the resistance performance of autoclave corrosion is far better than that of the anodic oxidation preformed membrane. With the increase of the thickness for anodic oxidation preformed membrane, the membrane thickness increment and weight per unit area increase after each autoclave corrosion cycle.
