摘 要:由突发事件引发的突发性制造任务往往需要集成多个领域的资源和能力来协同处理。领域系统间固有的异构性、无序性限制了跨领域集成的能力。通过分析上述问题,基于空间映射和语义X列表理论,以"特征映射—互操作—有序化推理"为主线,提出跨领域语义X列表(Multi-S-BOX)集成体系框架,包括领域系统映射与建模方法,互操作问题的界定、解决与验证方法,Multi-S-BOX系统有序化推理方法。以具体的跨领域制造集成需求为例,建立了Multi-S-BOX模型,通过推理实验和互操作仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。For dealing with the abnormal manufacturing requirements caused by emergencies, the resources and ca- pacities of systems from different fields should be integrated. Due to the inherent heterogeneity, disorder and com- plexity of the field systems, the performance of the multidisciplinary integration was limited. To resolve the above key issues, by combining with the technologies of space mapping and semantic bill of X, the Multidisciplinary Bill of X (Multi-S-BOX) integration framework was proposed based on feature mapping-interoperability-ordering-reason- ing, in which the field system mapping and modeling, the definition of interoperability problems, the relevant solu- tions and verification technologies and reasoning method of Multi-S-BOX ordering were included. With a fictive and concrete instance of emergency manufacturing task, the Multi-S-BOX model was built, and the validity and interop- erability of the integration result were respectively verified by the reasoning and simulating experiments.
