改良颌间交互牵引法矫治个别后牙锁()的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良颌间交互牵引法矫治个别后牙锁[牙合]的疗效。方法对本院2013年3月～2014年3月收治的639例初诊患者进行研究,其中单侧或双侧第二磨牙正锁患者12例,其中男8例,女4例,采用直丝弓矫治器与单侧垫矫正器联合应用的矫治方法进行矫正治疗。结果所有患者均得到矫治,完全进入正常牙弓的平均用时为90天,矫治牙弓良好,排列整齐,[牙合]曲线平滑,咬合关系良好。结论采用改良颌间交互牵引法矫治个别后牙锁具有较好的疗效,具有临床推广的价值。To investigate the interaction between the modified jaw posterior traction lock individual treatment（occlusal） effect. Methods 639 cases of newly diagnosed patients in our hospital in March 2013 to March 2014 were admitted to study, in which one or both of the second molar teeth are locked together 12 patients, including 8 cases of male patients, female patients 4 cases, treatment methods using the straight wire appliance and unilateral pad braces were combined orthodontic treatment. Results All patients get treatment, full access to the normal arch of the average time for 90 d, treatment arch is good, neat, occlusal curve smoothing, good occlusion. Conclusion Modified jaw interaction between the individual treatment of posterior traction lock with good effect, with a value of clinical practice.
