摘　　要：本文从高校实验室在创新人才培养中的重要作用入手,分析了地方高校实验室建设的现状,据此提出了地方高校基于创新人才培养的四条实验室建设,以供地方高校实验室建设参考。Starting from the important role of university laboratories in training innovative talents, this paper analyzed the present situation of laboratory construction in local universities, and on the basis of it, proposed four suggestions about laboratory construction in local universities based on the cultivation of innovative talents, aiming to provide a reference for laboratory construction in local universities.
