摘　　要：基于科技发展与市场就业对化工人才的大量需求,结合地方高校化工专业教学实际,对化工实验教学的改革进行了探讨,通过优化教学内容、改进教学方法、强化职业技能训练、培养创新意识等环节,增强化工实验教学效果,提高学生知识技能水平,锻炼学生的实际动手能力,培养可满足地方产业发展需求的优秀化工专业人才。Based on the development of scientific and market demand for chemical professional, combined with chemical engineering experiment of local colleges, teaching reform of chemical engineering experimental is discussed. By optimizing the teaching content and teaching methods, strengthening practical ability training innovative idea and enhancing chemical experiment teaching effectiveness to promote the knowledge, skills and practical ability of our students. All the reform is to bring up excellent chemical engineering professionals to meet the needs of local industry.
