膝骨关节炎针灸取穴配伍规律浅析

摘　　要：目的:总结和分析针灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床对照试验中的取穴规律。方法:根据PICO原则,制定文献纳入和排除标准以及文献检索策略。用计算机检索数据库近十年的相关文献,包括中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBM-disc)、中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据资源系统,筛选出符合纳入标准的针灸治疗膝骨关节炎文献50篇,对其取穴配伍规律采用计量分析的方法进行总结分析。结果:针灸治疗膝骨关节炎所用穴位主要分布于胃经、脾经、经外奇穴、胆经等。使用总频次前12的穴位依次为犊鼻、阳陵泉、血海、足三里、内膝眼、梁丘、阴陵泉、鹤顶、阿是穴、委中、三阴交、膝阳关。结论:针灸治疗膝骨关节炎以循经取穴与局部取穴相结合,进行辨证施治。主要分布于足阳明胃经及经外奇穴等,配穴则以辨证取穴为主。Objective ： To summarize and analyze the acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis controlled clinical trials aeu- points regularity. Methods ： The method according to PICO principles and develop literature inclusion and exclusion criteria and lit- erature search strategies. Using a computer database to retrieve relevant literature in recent years, including the Chinese Journal Full - text Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database CD - RUM （ CBM - disc） , Chinese Science and Technology Periodi- cals Database,Articles Resources System. Filter included in the standard of acupuncture and moxibustion treatmem of knee osteo- arthritis with 50 references and adopt the method of econometric analysis to find the compatibility of the law for summary analysis. Results：Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of knee osteoarthritis with acupoints is mainty distributed in the foot yangming stomach channel, the foot taiyin spleen channel, outside the singular points, the foot taiyang bladder channel, etc. The total fre- quency of use ranked 12 before the points were Dubi, Yanglingquan, the sea of blood, Zusanli, knee eye, Liangqiu, Yinlingquan, Crane top, A shi points, Weizhung, Sanyinj^ao, Knee Yangguan. Conclusion ： Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of knee osteo- arthritis in acupoints along meridians and acupoints partial combining syndrome differentiation, mainly in the stomach meridian points by the extraordinary and so on, with syndrome differentiation acupoints.
