摘　　要：中医养生学是具有我国民族特色的人体生命科学,作为中国传统文化的一个分支,以培养生机、祛病延年为目的。本文对养生的概念、意义、文化渊源及与"治未病"的关系等作出论述,并提出了自己的认识。The subject of health preservation of TCM with our national characteristics belongs to life science of the human body. As a branch of traditional Chinese culture, its purpose is cultivating life, curing diseases and prolonging life. This paper discusses the concept, meaning and cultural origin of the health cultivation, also research the relationship between health cultiva- tion and prevention of treatment. Meanwhile, the author gives her own understanding about these content.
