我国碳金融的可持续发展研究——基于PEST分析法

摘　　要：由温室气体过度排放导致的全球变暖问题使得低碳经济在世界范围内快速发展,碳金融便是低碳经济的主要表现之一,碳金融包括以温室气体为标的的股票交易和以温室气体排放权为标的的期权交易等多种形式的金融活动。我国作为世界上第二大经济体,碳金融市场广阔而且潜力巨大,但由于我国当前经济的发展模式以及碳金融在我国起步较晚等客观因素的限制,因此碳金融在我国的发展依然具有很大的局限性。本文从碳金融的发展历程入手,结合PEST分析法,从政治(Political)、经济(Economic)、社会(Social)和科技(Techonological)等方面着重分析近几十年碳金融在我国的进程及影响,指出碳金融是高效、绿色和可持续的经济发展模式,但由于我国国情依然存在发展限制,并就此提出一些政策建议。Excessive emissions of greenhouse gases caused by the problem of global warming makes the low carbon economy rapid development in the world scope, carbon finance is one of the main performance of low carbon economy, carbon finance including greenhouse gas ask underlying stock trading and to greenhouse gas emissions is the subject of options tradingand other forms of financial activities. China as the world＇s second largest economy, carbon finance market is vast and the potential is huge, but because the development mode of China＇s current economic and carbon finance started late in our country such as objective factors, so the carbon finance development in China still has great limitations. In this paper, from the development of carbon finance to start, combined with PEST analysis method, from the political economy （Political）, （Economic）, society （Social）and Technology （Techonological） and other aspects to research in recent decades of carbon finance in China the process and influence, pointed out that the carbon finance is of high efficiency, green and sustainableeconomic development pattern, but because of the national conditions of our country still exist development restrictions, and puts forward somepolicy suggestions
