摘　　要：随着市场化和数字化的不断深入,ERP系统的建设与实施已成为现代出版企业在当代生存与发展的基础,成为图书出版成本控制的重要手段。本文阐述了出版企业建设ERP系统的必要性,多维度地探讨了ERP在图书成本控制中的应用。期望有更多的出版企业从中获益,更好地控制图书成本,实现提升整体绩效和可持续发展的目标。With the deepening of marketization and digitization, the construction and implementation of ERP system has become the basis for survival and development of modern publishing companies. This paper illustrates the necessity of construction of ERP system and explores its application in book cost control from many dimensions, with hope of more publishing companies getting profit from it, better controlling its book cost and achieving the goal of improving the overall performance and sustainable development.
