摘　　要：[目的]:研究大豆饮料的雌激素样作用。[方法]:通过测定大豆饮料对正常小鼠子宫和卵巢指数和血清中雌激素E2和促性腺激素FSH和LH的影响及对去卵巢小鼠子宫系数和血清中相关激素的影响。观察其雌激素样作用。[结果]:大豆饮料能提高正常小鼠子宫和卵巢指数(P<0.05)、去卵巢小鼠子宫系数(P<0.05);提高正常小鼠及去卵巢小鼠血清雌二醇(E2)水平(P<0.05,P<0.01);降低正常小鼠血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)(P<0.01)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平(P<0.01);降低去卵巢小鼠血清FSH和LH浓度(P<0.05)。[结论]:大豆饮料具有一定的雌激素样作用。[Objectives] To study the estrogen-like effect of soy beverage. [Method] Estrogen-like effect was observed according to determine the effect of soy beverage on uterine and ovarian indexes, and estrogen （E2） and gonadotropin （FSH and LH） in serum of normal and ovariectomized mice. [Results] Soy beverage can improve the uterine and ovarian indexes of normal mice （P〈0.05）, and uterine coefficient of ovariectomized mice （P〈0.05）; improve estradiol in serum （E2） level of normal and ovariectomized mice （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; reduce serum follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） （P〈0.01） and luteinizing hormone （LH） （P〈0.01） levels of normal mice; lower the concentrations of FSH and LH in serum of ovariectomized mice （P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] Soy beverage has definite estrogen-like effect.
