摘　　要：聚甘油脂肪酸酯是一类性能优良的多元醇型非离子表面活性剂,被广泛应用于日化、食品、医药等领域。文章介绍了聚甘油脂肪酸酯高效液相色谱检测方法的国内外研究进展,并展望了其今后的发展方向。Polyglycerol esters of fatty acid is a kind of excellent performance polyol nonionic surfactants, are widely used in the field of cosmetic, food, medicine, et al. The paper introduces the domestic and international research progress of high performance liquid chromatography detection method for polyglycerol esters of fatty acid, and the prospects of its development are presented.
