摘 要:采用XAD2吸附法和GC/MS法,对黄杉(Pseudotsuga sinensis Dode)球果、华山松(Pinus armandii Franch)球果、云南松(Pinus yunnanensis Franch)球果中所含挥发性物质的种类及其含量进行了分析测定。从黄杉球果中检测到的柏木醇和异长叶烯在华山松球果和云南松球果所含的挥发性物质中没有。华山松球果和云南松球果所含的挥发性物质中的β-水芹烯在黄杉球果中未检测到。由此推测,在黄杉实小卷蛾(Retinia psedotsugaicola Liu et Wu)选择寄主植物及其危害的器官时,黄杉球果中所含的柏木醇和异长叶烯2种挥发性物质中任意一种或两种同时对该虫起引诱作用,而另两种球果中所含的β-水芹烯挥发性物质则对该虫起有驱避作用。研究结果为黄杉的保护提供理论依据。XAD2 adsorption and GC-MS were used to examine and analyze the volatile components and contents from the cone of Pscudotsuga sinensis Dode, Pinus armandii Franch and Pinus yunnanensis Franch. The volatile components of Isolongifolene and cedrol found in P.sincnsis were not been found in P.armandii and P.yunnancnsis cones. The volatile components β-phcllandrcne which was found in P.armandii and P.yunnancnsis cones was not found in cone of P.sinensis. It could be deduced that one component or two of the isolongifolene and cedrol which were contained in the cones of P.sincnsis attracted R.pscdotsugaicola to selected hosts and specifically tissues, while the β-phellandrcne in P.armandii and P.yutmancnsis cones had the drive effect to this pest.The theoretical references could be provide on P.sincnsis protection.
