经济欠发达地区残疾人个人信息侵权预防的普法教育研究——以驻马店市为例

摘　　要：残疾人属于一类最困难、最需要帮助的社会群体,在经济欠发达地区,残疾人生活更加困难,更需要社会的关心和帮助。然而,在当今信息时代,利用残疾人个人信息,骗取钱财、侵害人身的现象屡见不鲜。本文提出在驻马店这一经济欠发达地区,针对残疾人个人信息侵权的实际情况,以"组织、队伍和经费"为保障,采用"声讯网络"、"标语口号"等普法教育形式,积极宣传教育,引导残疾人采取相应的措施,以免个人信息被侵犯。The disabled belong to the weak social group most in need of help. Especially in the underdeveloped regions,they lead a more difficult life and need more care and help from the society. However,in today's information age,it is a common phenomenon that some criminals swindle money out of the disabled and infringe on their security by making use of their personal information. In the city of Zhumadian,a relatily less developed region,according to the current situation of the infringement to personal information of the disabled,it is necessary to adopt such education methods as'audio network'and 'slogans'to publicize law education and guide the disabled to take the corresponding measures to protect their personal information from being infringed.
