摘　　要：为降低生产成本,提高经济效益,介绍了回转窑一次风配热风的应用及改造。经改造后,回转窑生产指标得到了整体改进,石灰生产合格率相对提高,能耗降低,烟气排放减少,增产效果明显。该方案经过优化改造,降低了生产成本,经济效益可观。In order to reduce production cost and increase economic benefit, it introduces the application and reform of rotary kiln rotary kiln with hot-blast air. Rotary kiln production index is improved after reform, qualified rate of lime pro-duction increases and lowers energy consumption and flue gas emission, production increase is obvious. After reform, the project has raised the economic benefit and reduced the production cost.
