广西产石韦和柔软石韦抗炎镇痛作用研究  

ANALGESIC AND ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECTS OF PYRROSIA LINGUA AND PYRROSIA MOLLIS OF GUANGXI

摘　　要：目的:比较广西产石韦和柔软石韦的抗炎镇痛疗效。方法:雄性昆明种小鼠80只,随机分为8组:模型组(蒸馏水),阳性对照组(地塞米松0.01mg/kg),石韦及柔软石韦给药高(40g生药/kg)、中(20g生药/kg)、低(10g生药/kg)剂量组,每组10只,各组小鼠灌胃给药,每天1次,连续7d,于末次给药后30min,采用巴豆油混合物致小鼠耳廓肿胀及对角叉菜胶致足趾肿胀方法,观察石韦和柔软石韦对小鼠耳廓肿胀及对角叉菜胶致足趾肿胀的影响;雌性及雌雄并用昆明种小鼠80只,随机分为8组:空白对照组(蒸馏水)、阳性对照组(阿司匹林0.2g/kg),石韦及柔软石韦给药高、中、低剂量组,给药方法同上,于末次给药后30min,采用小鼠热板试验和醋酸扭体试验方法,观察石韦和柔软石韦对小鼠热板痛阈和扭体次数的影响。结果:与模型组比较,石韦和柔软石韦高、中剂量组均可明显减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度和足趾肿胀度(P<0.01或P<0.05)。石韦和柔软石韦比较,石韦高、中剂量组明显减轻足趾肿胀度(P<0.01),石韦中剂量组明显减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.05);与空白对照组比较,石韦和柔软石韦高、中剂量组的痛阈值和痛阈提高百分率均有明显的提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),石韦和柔软石韦高、中、低剂量组明显减少小鼠扭体次数(P<0.01或P<0.05)。石韦和柔软石韦比较,石韦高、中剂量组明显提高小鼠热板痛阈值(P<0.01),石韦和柔软石韦对小鼠扭体次数无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:石韦和柔软石韦均有明显的抗炎镇痛作用,石韦的抗炎镇痛作用强于柔软石韦。Objective：To compare and evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of pyrrosia lingua and pyrrosia mollis of Guangxi. Methods： 80 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into 8 groups： model group, dexamethasone group, different doses of pyrrosia lingua and pyrrosia mollis （high doses, middledoses, low doses）groups. And then, these drugs were administrated by intragas-tric gavage once daily respectively, after 7 days treatment. Finally,the experiments of mice auricular swell- ing and paw edema were respectively induced by croton oil mixture and carrageenan so that observing the effect of pyrrosia lingua and pyrrosia mollis on the mice＇s auricular swelling and paw edema. On the oth- er hand, 80 Kunming female mice were randomly divided into 8 groups： control group, aspirin group, pyrrosia lingua and pyrrosia mollis （high doses, middle doses, low doses） groups. The drugs were ad- ministrated by intragastric gavage once daily respectively, after 7 days treatment . And the hot plate tests and acetic acid writhing tests were perfomed in these mice so that, to explore the effct of pyrrosia lingua and pyrrosia mollis on the pain threshold and twister number. Results. 1. Compared to the normal control group, the middle dose group and high dose group of pyrrosia lingua and pyrrosia mollis can coninstanta- neously and significantly reduce the mice auricle swelling degree and paw edema degree. （ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Moreover, the results of animals also showed that the medium dose and high dose of pyrrosia lingua can significantly reduce the paw edema degree （ P〈0.01） ,Furthermore,medium dose of parrosia lingua can relief the mice auricle swelling degeree（ P〈0.01）. For the other hand, the results of Analgesic experiment showed that the pain threshold in the pyrrosia lingua and pyrrosia mollis groups with high doses and middle doses were increased compared with the normal control＇s（ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05） ,and the writ- hing times of mice in the pyrrosia lingua and pyrrosia
