数字时代少数民族地区高校图书馆员专业能力提升路径探索

摘　　要：少数民族地区高校图书馆员专业能力的培养是一项系统工程。本文分析了制约少数民族地区高校图书馆员专业能力提升的主要因素,从专业能力培养软环境建设的角度,论述了数字时代少数民族地区高校图书馆员专业能力培养的基本思路,提出了创新图书馆员补充机制、分层培训、建立多样化的培养目标及继续教育培养模式等。T he cultivation of the university librarians’ professional ability in ethnic regions is a systematic project .This paper analyzes the main factors that restrict the professional ability of the u‐niversity librarians in ethnic regions ,and discusses the basic ideas of improving their ability from the angle of soft environment construction .Meanwhile ,it also puts forward some suggestions such as supplementing staff of librarians ,training them from different degrees ,setting up training objects with diversity ,and training them by lifetime education .
