济南铁路枢纽点线能力协调的分析与对策

摘　　要：济西站是全路路网性编组站之一,其作业能力将直接影响济南铁路枢纽的畅通。根据济西站和济南枢纽运输设备、运输组织现状,结合新建线路引入枢纽,分析影响进一步提高济西站作业能力的因素,实施济西站综合自动化、环到环发线、泺口黄河大桥改造、货场改造、枢纽物流基地建设及货运大北环工程,进一步提高济西站作业效率,解决枢纽客货列车严重交叉干扰等问题,实现枢纽点线能力协调,确保济南铁路枢纽畅通。Jixi Station is one of the marshalling stations of whole railways network, its operation capacity will directly influence the smoothness of Ji’nan railway hub. According to the transport equipments and transport organization status of Jixi Station and Ji’nan railway hub, combining with the newly-constructed lines introduced into the hub, this paper analyzes the factors further influencing operation capacity of Jixi Station, and puts forward important measures, such as implementing comprehensive automation of Jixi Station, ring-to-ring departure track, reconstruction of Luokou Yellow River Bridge, freight yard reconstruction, construction of hub logistic center and the big north loop line engineering for freight transportation, further increasing operation efficiency of Jixi Station, resolving the problem of serious crossing interference of freight trains in the hub, realizing the pointline capacity coordination of the hub and ensuring smoothness of the hub.
