摘　　要：不同文化之间的交流,促进了各自文化发展和人类社会进步,也受多种因素影响而具有不同特色。中国和西方饮食文化作为世界上最著名和独特的两种文化,在古代就不断交流、相互滋养,并且由于中西方文化势能的变化、道路交通等因素影响,呈现出显著特色:在内容上双向流动但起伏变化,在形式上由少到多、由单一到丰富。Conversation between different cultures,urges different culture and human society processes,also have different characteristics by many factors.Chinese and Western diet culture as the most famous and unique culture, has had continuous exchange and mutual nourishment, because of the changing of Chinese and western cultural powers, traff ic and other potentialeffects, showing the signif icant characteristics: two-way f low of variation in content, less to more, single to rich in form.
