摘　　要：创意人才发展已成为影响中国创意产业整体实力的重要因素。从企业组织创新角度建构创意孵化器型组织结构模型,已逐渐成为解决创意人才发展困境、提升创意型企业竞争力并最终实现创意产业健康发展的合理路径。然而,创意孵化器型组织也可能为创意型企业带来一定风险。作为动态组织结构,创意型企业应根据操作中的具体问题作出相应的调整,使创意孵化器组织能够实现对企业创新力的双向生成。The issue of creative talent development has become an important factor affecting China to enhance the overall strength of the creative industries. Constructing creative incubator organization structure model from the perspective of business innovation organization, which is an effective way to improve creative talent development, enhances the competitiveness of creative en- terprises. However, creative incubator organization model may also bring some risks to creative enterprises. As a dynamic organizational structure, creative enterprises should make adjustments according to the specific operational issues, so that the creative incubator could enable enterprises to generate innovation by two -way forces.
