摘　　要：本文通过介绍医疗科研项目伦理审查的分段与管理、伦理审查需要递交的文件、操作程序与审查重点，以及科研项目伦理审查中存在的问题，提供对科研项目伦理审查的操作指导，促进科研项目的伦理审查监管。By introducing the stage management of ethics review for medical research protocols, this paper try to explain the submission requirement, the review procedures, the key points for focu- sing on, and analyze the issues found in ethical reviewing of research protocols, help to guide the pro- cedures of ethical review, as well as improve the supervision of ethical review for research protocols.
