摘　　要：盆腹腔淋巴结切除是宫颈癌手术治疗的重要组成部分。如何评判盆腔淋巴结切除是否彻底?哪些患者需要腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除?前哨淋巴结在宫颈癌治疗中的作用?这些是当今宫颈癌淋巴结切除面临的问题,文章就以上问题进行讨论。Pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy are the important parts in surgical treatment for cervical cancer.But there are still some concerns about the lymph node dissection,such as how to judge the extent of pelvic lymphadenectomy,when to choose the para- aortic lymphadenectomy and what＇ s the sentinel lymph node＇ s effect in the treatment of cervical cancer？ We will discuss the questions in the this paper.
