摘　　要：基于辽宁省12个县315个农户的调研数据,试图对北方集体林区林农参与林业合作组织的意愿及影响因素进行探讨。发现林地面积、林业收入、非农收入占比等因素能够对林农的参与意愿产生显著影响。针对问题,提出政府应加大宣传与投入力度,鼓励大户参与林业合作组织,促进林业合作组织不断壮大,提升农户加入合作组织的积极性,带动农户增收致富。Based on 315 households survey data of 12 counties in Liaoning province, willingness and factors of farmers participating in forestry cooperative organizations in northern collective forest is dis- cussed. It finds that forest area, forest income, non-farm income accounted for foresters and other factors having significantly affection to willingness. For the problem, the government should step up publicity and investment, encourage large farmers to participate in cooperative organizations, promote forestry cooperative organizations growing, improve farmers＇ enthusiasm to join cooperative organizations, lead farmers to get rich.
