摘  要:本文在理论分析员工知识共享发挥中介效应的基础上,以全国一系列来源不同、规模不等的产学合作机构为样本,构建中介效应模型展开实证检验。研究发现:产学合作组织的员工知识共享在一体化机制和知识转移之间起到了部分中介作用。研究结论为产学合作组织的高层管理人员在构建一体化机制、推进员工知识共享行为等环节,合理配置管理资源以及把握控制重点等方面提供行动依据,使其能更好地规范刚性的一体化机制并推进柔性的知识共享,提高产学合作界面上的知识转移效率。This paper first analyzes the mediating effect of the employees' knowledge sharing theoretically, then uses a sample of indus- try-academy cooperation organizations which are from different sources, in different size, so as to build a model of mediating effect to carry out the empirical tests. The study shows that the employees' knowledge sharing of industry-academy cooperation organizations plays a partly mediating role between integration mechanisms and knowledge transfer. The conclusions can provide the basis for actions to the senior management staff of industry-academy cooperation organizations in building integration mechanisms, carrying out the employees' knowledge sharing behaviors and other aspects, allocating management resources rationally and seizing the key point of control, so that they can regulate rigid integration mechanisms and promote flexible knowledge sharing, to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer of industry-academy cooperation interface.
