摘　　要：江苏海事职业教育通过集团化办学,能够实现优质教育资源共享,促进职业院校与企业优势互补。本文就如何构建江苏海事职业教育集团,从组建模式、运行机制以及管理体制等方面进行了深入分析,结果表明:组建模式应采用纵向联合+多元合作的模式;运行机制应采用松散型,以后逐步过渡到紧密型;管理体制宜采用理事会制度。Running school by means of collectivization can make high quality education re‐sources shared and promote the complementary advantages of higher vocational colleges . This essay discusses the ways of constructing Jiangsu maritime vocational education group from the construction model ,the operation mechanism and the management system .The study results show that “vertical integration and diverse cooperation” mode should be adopt‐ed in the construction process ;the operation mechanism should be loose at the beginning and become close gradually ;and the council system should be adopted in the management sys‐tem .
