摘　　要：近年来,随着白内障手术由复明手术向屈光手术概念的转变及白内障患者对术后裸眼视力恢复期望值的不断攀升,对白内障术前人工晶状体度数的精确测量提出了更高的要求。影响白内障术前人工晶状体度数测量的主要影响因素有眼球生物测量及人工晶状体计算公式的选择,该文拟从上述两方面对白内障术前人工晶状体度数的测量影响因素加以概括。In recent years, with the concept change from cataract rehabilitation surgery to reractive surgerynbsp;and the increase of cataract patients′expectation vaule for postoperative visual acuity rehabilitation, it is necessary to put foward higher requirments for accurate measurement of intraocular lens before cataract surgery.There are two main factors influencing the measurement of inraocular lens（ IOL） power：the IOL power calculation formula selection and biological measurement of the eyeballs.In this paper, the above two main factors influencing the IOL power were summarized.
