摘　　要：档案信息资源数字化开发与建设已经成为档案工作理论与实践研究共同关注的问题,也是近年来高校档案建设的重点项目。目前档案信息化建设中存在认识不够,数字化档案信息资源利用率偏低、观念陈旧,档案数字化信息资源建设程度较低等问题。讨论了南京工程学院档案数字化信息资源建设的实施过程,包括硬件建设、软件建设和团队建设,指出了建设过程中的问题,提出了相关解决方案。The development and construction of digital archives information resources have become the common concern for the theory and practice of archives work, and a key project for the construction of the archives at colleges and universities as well. Nowadays, there are some problems associated with the construction of archives information, such as, people＇ s low awareness and outdated ideas, and insufficient use of digital archives information resources. Moreover, the present construction remains a low level, and the functions of digital archives are not integrated. This paper proposes some solutions based on the actual sit- uation, and the implementation process of such construction, involving hardware construction, software construction and team development.
