摘 要:现有研究缺少对科学博客社群知识传播动力系统的具体分析。本文首先解释了社群的知识传播机制与知识传播动力系统结构;然后引入管理学研究中的价值网模型作为新的工具,发现仅凭借社群的自组织性,其知识传播面临着动力不足的难题,需要外部资源的支持;进而综合考虑社群的开放性、自组织性和信息服务的技术优越性,提出了增强社群知识传播动力的方法。本文为网络时代我国科技资源分配制度变革、科普工作机制的优化提供了理论基础。Specific analysis on knowledge interaction dynamism of science blog community has been ig- nored in the extant researches. In this article, the knowledge communicating mechanism and the composi- tion of knowledge interaction system are clarified. Adopting the value-net model in management science as a new tool, it is pointed out that the knowledge communication dynamism arising from self-organization of the blog is inadequate. Therefore resources from outside is necessary to sustain the long-term operation of science blog community. In comprehensive consideration of the openness and self-organization of the community as well as the relative advantage of IT services, measures are proposed to strengthen the com- municating dynamism. In this paper a theoretical basis to change the national scientific resource alloca- tion and improve science popularization method in the Internet age is summed up.
