天然药物化学梯度实验教学模式的实践与评价

摘　　要：通过实验项目、内容和方法的更新,对天然药物化学实验教学进行改革,建立"验证-综合-设计"梯度实验教学模式,即以循序渐进的形式从基本操作技能训练开始,到综合知识应用和自主设计实验,完成整个实验教学过程。结合作者所在校自身特点,在实验中引入新技术、新方法,将地方特色药材的研究作为实验内容。经过两年的教学实践,取得了良好效果。This paper aims at reforming the experimental teaching modes of natural medicine chemistry through the innovation of experimental items, contents and methods of natural medicine, and establishing a gradient experimental teaching mode of Verification-Integration-Scheme. The Verification- Integration-Scheme mode will follow a progressive approach throughout the whole process from the basic operation skills training to the comprehensive application of knowledge and self-designed experi- ment. In consideration of the university＇s own characteristics, we will introduce new methods and technologies in studying local medicinal herbs. After two years of teaching practice, good results have been achieved.
