摘 要:目的评价及比较二维超声及三维超声在胎儿唇腭裂畸形检出中的应用价值。方法 2009-01—2014-08在广东省深圳市罗湖区人民医院进行产前超声筛查的孕妇,检出胎儿口鼻部异常32例,对其进行回顾性分析。结果对于单纯唇裂的产前超声诊断,二维超声和三维超声都具有很高的符合率,漏诊率低,对于较少见的一侧唇腭裂,双侧唇腭裂,三维超声的检出率明显高于二维超声,对于极少见的单纯腭裂则二维无法检出,三维检出率也不高,总体来说,二维超声对于胎儿腭部畸形的总检出率约为78.1%,而三维超声高达93.7%。结论三维超声检查较二维超声能更清晰、逼真、直观、准确地显示胎儿颜面部结构,可提高胎儿唇腭裂畸形的检出率。Objective To evaluate and compare the application value of two-dimensional ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasonography in detecting fetus cleft lip and palate. Methods Pregnant women taking prenatal ultrasound screening from January 2009 to August 2014 in our hospital were detected,among whom 32 cases showed abnormal snouts,then retrospective analysis was conducted. Results Two-dimensional ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasonography had high prenatal ultrasound diagnostic detection rates and low rates of missed diagnosis.The detection rates of the infrequent one-side and bilateral cleft lip and palate by three-dimensional ultrasonography were higher than those by two-dimensional ultrasonography.Two-dimensional ultrasonography could not detect the pretty rarely found isolate cleft palate while three-dimensional ultrasonography had not a high detection rate.On the whole,the total detection rate of two-dimensional ultrasonography in detecting fetus cleft lip and palate was 78.1%,while it was as highly as 93.7% by three-dimensional ultrasonography. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasonography is more distinct and exact than two-dimensional ultrasonography in showing fetal face shape,which can increase the detection rate of cleft lip and palate deformity.
