摘  要:目的通过对碘盐测定条件的研究,建立一种能简便、快速确定NaClO适宜浓度的方法。方法利用DPD(N,N-二乙基对本二胺)与NaClO反应生成红色的原理,用不同浓度的NaClO与草酸-磷酸反应后加入DPD观察溶液的颜色,根据溶液的颜色判断NaClO的浓度是否合适。结果用相应浓度的NaClO对浓度分别为33.9μg/ml±3μg/ml、21.2μg/ml±2μg/ml、10.6μg/ml±2μg/ml的碘标准样进行测定,并对加入DPD后溶液的颜色和标准测定的结果进行比对,通过比较二者结果,发现测定结果超出规定范围的溶液为红色,测定结果在规定范围内的溶液颜色为无色,表明二者结果一致,DPD可以用来确定NaClO的适宜浓度。结论用DPD来确定NaClO的适宜浓度是一种简便、快速、可靠的方法。Objective Based on the research of the determination condition of iodized salt, to establish a simple, rapid deter- mination method to determine the concentration of NaCIO suit. Methods Using the principle of DPD ( N, N - diethyl this di- amine) reacting with NaCIO to generate the red, after reaction with oxahc acid and phosphoric acid with different concentrations of NaCIO to join the DPD observation solution, according to the color to judge whether the concentration of solution of NaCIO was proper. Results With the corresponding concentration of NaCIO to 33.9μg/ml ± 3μg/ml, 21.2 μg/ml± 2 μg/ml, 10.6μg/ml ± 2 μg/ml of the iodine standard, and the color after joining DPD solution and compare the results determined by standard, by comparing the two results, the determination results within the prescribed scope of solution to red, the determination results within the prescribed scope of solution was colorless, the two results were accordant, DPD can be used to determine the suitable concentration of NaCIO. Conclusion With DPD to determine the concentration of NaCIO is appropriate is a simple, rapid and reliable method.
