摘  要:目的探讨江苏省大肠杆菌O157∶H7菌株的噬菌体型别分布及菌株之间的同源性。方法应用大肠杆菌分型噬菌体对87株O157∶H7分离株进行噬菌体裂解试验,通过其裂解模式进行噬菌体分型。结果 87株O157∶H7可分为11个噬菌体型别,其中37/12型最多,占35.63%。同一时期同一地区的临床病人、宿主动物和食品分离株有相同的噬菌体型别(36/12和36/10),来自不同地区的宿主动物分离株有相同的噬菌体型别。结论同种噬菌体型别的O157∶H7在本省不同地区的宿主动物间水平传播,本省O157∶H7感染病人可能是因食用被该病原体污染的食物或通过直接接触宿主动物而感染。Objective To explore the distribution of phage types and phenotypic correlation of the strains of Escherichia coli O157 : H7. Methods Phages cracking test was performed on 87 strains isolated by typing phages of Escherichia coll. The phage typing was performed by the cracking mode. Results Eleven phage types were identified among the 87 Escherichia coli O157: H7, of which the phenotypic profile 37/12 was the most prevalent and accounted for 35.63% of isolates analyzed. The same phage types, such as 36/12 and 36/10, was found among Escherichia coli O157 : H7 isolates recovered from patients, animals and foods in the same areas during the similar period. Some Escherichia coli O157 :H7 isolates Originating from animals in differ- ent areas shared the matching phage type. Conclusion Escherichia coli O157:H7 isolates with the matching phage types had been horizontal transmitted among distinct animals from different areas in Jiangsu. Patients with O157 : H7 infection may be caused by ingestion of contaminated foods or by contact the animal reservoirs shedding this pathogen directly in Jiangsu.
