摘 要:目的观察和记录大承气汤对大鼠炎症相关性胃肠动力障碍的作用,并对其机制进行研究,为临床治疗炎症相关性胃肠动力障碍提供一定的理论依据。方法在成功制作腹膜炎导致的胃肠运动障碍大鼠模型基础上,通过灌胃的方式给予一定剂量的大承气汤(干预组)。检测模型组和干预组第1,3,5,7天的胃电波幅、频率及小肠移行运动复合波(MMC)的变化;同时检测同一时间促炎因子(TNF-α和IL-6)和抗炎因子(TGF-β和IL-10)的表达情况,并做炎症指标与胃电的相关性分析。结果与模型组相比,大承气汤干预组促炎因子的表达显著下降,抗炎因子的表达显著上升,胃电的波幅和频率提高,MMC节律改善,使得由炎症反应所引起的胃肠动力障碍得到缓解。结论大承气汤通过调控炎症因子水平发挥抗炎作用,从而改善因炎症所导致的胃肠动力障碍。Objective To explore the effects of Dachengqi decoction on inflammation-related gastrointestinal motility disorder and its anti-inflammatory mechanism for providing a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment. Methods The peritonitis rat model was es- tablished, and the model rats were gavaged with Dachengqi decoction in intervention gorup. The changes of gastric electrical amplitude and frequency, and the intestinal MMC were detected in model group and intervention group at 1,3,5,7 d. The levels of pro-inflamma- tory cytokines (TNF-alpha and IL-6) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (TGF-beta and IL-10) were measured at 1,3,5,7 d. Correlation between the inflammatory markers and electrogastrogram was analyzed. Results Compared with model group, the gastric electrical amplitude and frequency were significantly increased in intervention group, the pro-inflammatory mediators were down-regulated and anti-inflammatory factors were up-regulated. In intervention group, Dachengqi decoction significantly inhibited the inflammation and promoted gastrointestinal wriggle. Conclusion Dachengqi decoction exerts anti-inflammatory effects through regulating the inflamma- tory factors and improves the inflammation-related gastrointestinal motility disorder.
