摘　　要：创业型大学是大学模式革新的一种新形式。伯顿·克拉克认为创业型大学应包括强有力的驾驭核心、扩大的发展外围、多元化的资金来源、激活的学术中心地带和整合的创业文化五大核心要素。在不断变化的复杂环境中,创业型大学能够成功平衡它所承担的学术使命和自主创新之间的关系。作为一种新的大学形式,创业型大学对于我国地方高校的变革与创新具有重要借鉴意义。The entrepreneurial university is a new innovative form of university mode. Burton Clark believes that the entrepreneurial university should include the following five core factors： A strengthened steering core, the expanded developmental periphery, the diversified funding base, the stimulated academic heartland, and the integrated entrepreneurial culture. The entrepreneurial university can balance the relationship between the academic mission and independent innovation successfully in the changing and complicated environment. As a new form of university, the entrepreneurial university has important reference meaning and value to local colleges and universities in China.
