摘 要:近年来物流企业跨界之风盛行,但其实际经营效果并不如意。文章分析了物流企业跨界发展的动因,并分析了物流企业跨界的难点及问题所在。在此基础上提出了物流企业跨界发展的制胜之道,即抢占客户服务制高点、抢占供应链金融制高点、抢占消费者预期制高点、抢占大数据服务制高点,同时提出要注意与电子商务企业的协同发展,以期实现共赢局面。In recent years, crossover logistics enterprises have become more and more popular, but its actual operating results are not satisfactory. The article analyzed the driving factors and the difficulties of such development among logistics enterprises. Based on the analysis, we proposed the path to success for crossover logistics enterprises as competing for the commanding heights of customer service, of the supply chain finance, of the consumer expectations and of the big data services. We also argue that much attention should be paid to the synergic development with e- commerce businesses in order to achieve a win-win situation.
