摘 要:目的评价三种根管封闭材料的根管封闭性能。方法选取航天中心医院口腔科门诊拔除的122颗离体前牙用Protaper镍钛锉预备后随机分为3个组,每组40颗,分别用氧化锌糊剂(A组)、AH-Plus根管充填剂(B组)、GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶(C组)三种根管封闭材料加牙胶尖进行根管充填,余下两颗作为对照。每组20颗在充填即刻根充后用炭黑墨水染色、脱矿、脱水、制成透明牙,另20颗充填后在恒温箱中保存六个月后制作。在8x放大镜下用游标卡尺测量染液渗入根管的长度。结果 A、B、C组根充后即刻(记为A0、B0、C0)染料渗入长度分别为(0.89±0.41)mm、(0.69±0.30)mm、(0.67±0.25)mm,A、B、C组根充6个月后(记为A6、B6、C6)染料渗入长度分别为(2.97±0.92)mm、(0.67±0.28)mm、(0.57±0.24)mm。同期不同组间统计分析表明:A0、B0、C0三组染料渗入长度无差异(F=2.76,P>0.05),A6、B6、C6三组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。同组六个月前后比较统计分析表明:A0组和A6组染料渗入长度有显著性差异(t=9.2,P<0.05),B0组和B6组染料渗入长度无显著性差异(t=0.26,P>0.05),C0组和C6组渗入长度无显著性差异(t=1.2,P>0.05)。结论 GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶和AH-Plus根管充填剂封闭性能差别不显著,但均优于氧化锌糊剂。Objective To evaluate the sealing ability of there kinds of material.Methods 122 single rooted human anterior teeth were prepared and randomly divided into there experimental groups(n=20).Group A was filled with lateral compaction gutta-purcha+ zinc oxide-eugenol paste.Group B was filled with lateral compaction gutta-purcha+AH-Plus.Group C was filled with GuttaFlow obturation system+cone.20 teeth of each group were immersed in India ink,then demineral-ized,dehydrated and cleared after filled,The other 20 teeth of each group were stored for six months in a constant temperature box then repeat the above operation .Linear dye penetration was determined with vernier caliper under magnifier of 8X.Results The apical leakage of group A0 ,B0 ,C0 was(0.89±0.41)mm,(0.69±0.30)mm, (0.67±0.25)mm,The apical leakage of group A6 ,B6 ,C6 was (2.97 ±0.92)mm,(0.67 ±0.28)mm,(0.57 ±0.24) mm.Statistical analysis of different group of A0 ,B0 ,C0 is no difference between group A0 ,B0 ,C0 of dye penetration length(F=2.76,P 〉0.05),Statistical analysis of different group of A6 ,B6 ,C6 is significant difference between three groups(P 〈 0.05).there was significant difference in dye penetration length A0 group and A6 group,there was no difference in dye penetration length either B0 group and B6 group(t=0.26,P 〉0.05)or C0 group and C6 group(t=1.2, P 〉0.05).Conclusion The sealing ability of GuttaFlow obturation system and AH-Plus is not significant,but are better than Zinc Oxide paste.
