白细胞介素4和白细胞介素10基因多态性与胃癌易感性的关系

摘　　要：目的分析白细胞介素4(IL-4)rs2070874,白细胞介素10(IL-10)rs1800871、rs1800872基因型及其基因频率在汉族成年胃癌患者与正常对照人群中的分布情况,探讨IL-4,IL-10基因多态性与胃癌临床易感性的关系。方法病例组胃癌患者84例,正常对照组105例,两组均留取外周静脉血提取DNA,利用直接测序法对IL-4rs2070874,IL-10rs1800871、rs1800872进行基因型测定,分析各位点多态性与胃癌临床易感性关系。结果IL-4rs2070874基因多态性在病例组与对照组等位基因之间、基因型之间的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-10rs1800871、rs1800872基因多态性在病例组与对照组等位基因之间、基因型之间的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-4rs2070874基因多态性与胃癌感染易感性有关,而IL-10rs1800871、rs1800872位点基因多态性与胃癌易感性可能不相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between IL-10, IL-4 gene polymorphisms and susceptibility of gastric cancer,also to analyze the distribution of genotype and gene frequency of IL-4 rs2070874,IL-10 rs1800871 and IL-10 rs1800872 in gastric cancer patients and normal control group in Han population.Methods Eighty-four gastric cancer patients and 105 control cases were included in this study.Peripheral venous blood was extracted to obtain DNA.Genotype of IL-4 rs2070874,IL-10 rs1800871 and IL-10 rs1800872 were detected by direct sequencing method.Results IL-4 rs2070874 gene polymorphism was significantly different between two groups （P 0.05 ）.Conclusion IL-4 rs2070874 gene polymorphism was associated with susceptibility of gastric cancer, whereas IL-10 rs1800871 and rs1800872 gene polymorphisms may not be related to the susceptibility of gastric cancer.
