摘 要:现阶段国有企业的问题突出表现为国有企业行政化、独资化、独治化、独占化、独享化、刚性化较为严重。国企的"六化"不仅在深层次上阻碍着市场在资源配置中决定性作用的发挥,而且与科学发展观、建设和谐社会、转变经济发展方式等时代要求格格不入。因此,有必要从"去六化"入手深化国有企业改革,更加明确深化国有企业改革的具体内容和锋芒指向。The severe problems of the state-owned enterprises at the present are the following " six patterns ": administration, proprietorship, dictatorship, monopolization, exclusivity and rigidity. The "six patterns" of the state-owned enterprises not only hinder the market from playing a decisive role in allocating resources at a deep level, but also are at odds with the requirements of the times, such as the scientific outlook on development, the construction of a harmonious society and the transform of the economic development mode. Therefore, it is necessary to start with changing the "six patterns" in deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, in order to clarify the specific contents and directions of the reform.
