摘　　要：为了探索大型科研仪器设备开放共享及其有序化管理在研究生培养过程中所起的作用,通过对哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院实验中心科研仪器设备开放共享建设过程的实例分析,提出了利用科研仪器设备开放共享促进研究生实践能力和创新能力培养的几种新举措,总结了这些措施实施后所产生的一些初步成效,可为具有类似条件的实验室在科研仪器设备开放共享和有序化管理方面提供参考,为进一步通过科研仪器设备的开放共享以提高研究生的科技创新能力、综合实践能力提供借鉴。In order to explore the role of open-sharing and orderly management of large-scale instruments and equipment for scientific research in the course of postgraduate training, through the example analysis which came from the process of construction about open-sharing of these instruments and equipment in the experiment center of School of Municipal ~ Environmental Engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology, this paper has already put forward several new measures about promoting postgraduates＇ practical ability and innovativity by using the open-sharing of scientific instruments and made conclusions about any initial results by implementing measures, so as to provide some references for such kind of laboratories with the same conditions in open-sharing and orderly management of these instruments and equipment and for further improving postgraduate＇ science and technology innovation ability and comprehensive practice ability.
