摘  要:目的:探讨设立激励机制在不良事件报告制度实施的效果及影响因素。方法:采用卡方检验和结构方程模型分析医院医疗不良事件发生报告的成效和影响因素。结果:设立激励机制使医院病例事件主动报告例数明显增加,不良事件报告类型的构成发生变化;奖励是促使员工报告不良事件的主要影响因素,职称是影响医务人员报告严重医疗不良事件的重要因素。结论:激励措施能够促进医院不良事件的主动报告。Objectives: To discuss the effectiveness and influence factors of incentive mechanism in promoting adverse event report system. Methods: X2 Square and structural equation model were used to analyze the effectiveness and influence factors in implementing adverse event report system. Results: It shows that adverse event active report rate has significantly increased after implementing inventive mechanism and the structure of adverse event type also has been changed. It further shows that the award and title are the main factors influencing adverse event report. Conclusions: Inventive mechanism can effectively promote adverse event actively report.
