摘　　要：颞叶内侧癫痫是最常见的部分性癫痫。目前国内外研究发现颞叶内侧癫痫为进展性神经系统疾病,长期癫痫药物治疗并不能治愈颞叶内侧癫痫。癫痫手术治疗是耐药性颞叶内侧癫痫的主要治疗手段,早期识别耐药性颞叶内侧癫痫,并行早期手术治疗,将促进颞叶内侧癫痫患者预后。本文就早期识别和手术治疗促进颞叶内侧癫痫预后做一述评,以供基础与临床研究借鉴。Mesial temporal lobe epilepsy is the most common form of partial seizure. Studies have shown that me- sial temporal lobe epilepsy is progressive, and in most patients long-term anti-epileptic drugs treatment fail. Surgery is the mean treatment for drug-resistant mesial temporal lobe epilepsy. Early recognition of drug-resistant mesial temporal lobe epilepsy and prompt surgical treatment may improve the prognosis of mesial temporal lobe epilepsy.
