Effectiveness analysis on earlier use of digital acupoint pressure combined with movement imagery therapy on treatment of hand functional impairment due to cerebral infarction

摘　　要：目的观察在传统针灸治疗加康复训练基础上,尽早采用点穴加运动想象疗法对脑梗塞患者手功能障碍恢复的临床疗效。方法 68例严重手功能障碍的脑梗塞患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组各34例。治疗组除使用常规的传统针灸治疗加康复训练外,还采用了点穴治疗配合运动想象疗法;对照组只使用常规的传统针灸治疗加康复训练。观察两组患者的手功能障碍恢复程度,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(手功能部分)及巴氏指数(BI)评分,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer(手Ⅷ)和巴氏指数(BI)评分均有提高,但治疗组的手功能障碍恢复的该两项评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传统针灸治疗加康复训练基础上,尽早采用点穴加运动想象疗法对脑梗塞患者手功能障碍的治疗效果明显高于单纯使用传统针灸加康复训练的治疗效果。Objective To observe and evaluate the curative effectiveness on hand functional impairment due to cere- bral infarction treated by the earlier digital acupoint pressure and the movement imagery therapy on the bases of tradition- al acupuncture and rehabilitation training. Methods A total of 68 patients with severe hand functional impairment due to cerebral infarction were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group （n=34） and the control group （n=34）. In the treatment group, the patients were treated by the earlier digital acupoint pressure combined with the movement im- agery therapy on the bases of traditional acupuncture and rehabilitation training. In the control group, the patients were only treated by traditional acupuncture and rehabilitation training, In the two groups, the recovery degrees of the hand functional impairment were evaluated by the Fugl-Meyer motor function scoring and the Barthel index scoring in the com- parison of the curative effectiveness on the hand functional impairment. Results After treatment, both the groups had an improvement in the scores of Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index, which could reflect the hand functional recovery degrees; however, the treatment group had a more significant improvement in the scores than the control group （P〈0.05）. Con- clusion Compared with traditional acupuncture and rehabilitation training, the earlier digital acupoint pressure treatment combined with the movement imagery therapy on the bases of traditional acupuncture and rehabilitation training has better curative effectiveness on the patients＂ hand functional impairment due to cerebral infarction.
