舒适护理模式在急性脑出血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨急性脑出血患者采用舒适护理模式的临床效果.方法 选取2012年3月～2014年3月收治的70例急性脑出血患者为研究对象,通过计算机随机分组方式将其分为实验组和对照组各35例,对照组采用脑出血常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理.比较两组患者的肺部感染、消化道出血、压疮发生比例以及患者对护理的满意度.结果 实验组发生肺部感染4例,消化道出血3例,压疮2例,并发症发生率为25.71％;对照组肺部感染8例,消化道出血7例,压疮5例,并发症发生率为57.14％,两组对比,实验组患者发生肺部感染、消化道出血、压疮的比例均小于实验组（均P＜0.05）.两组患者满意度对比,实验组满意23例,较满意10例,不满意2例;对照组满意10例,较满意16例,不满意9例,实验组患者的护理满意率为94.29％,显著高于对照组的74.29％ （P＜0.05）.结论 舒适护理模式应用于急性脑出血患者的临床效果显著,可以提高患者基础护理质量合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度,值得进一步推广,对于改善患者住院期间的舒适度具有重要意义.Objective To observe the comfortable nursing pattern used in acute cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods 70 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups, the experimental group and the con- trol group. The control group was given routine nursing care. The patients in the experimental group received comfort nursing care on the basis of routine care. The pulmonary infection, alimentary tract the incidence of pressure ulcers, bleeding and proportion of patients for nursing satisfaction rate were observed. Results The experimental group had 4 cases of pulmonary infection, gastrointestinal bleeding in 3 cases, 2 cases of pressure sores. The complication rate was 25.71%. The control group had 8 cases of lung infection, gastrointestinal bleeding 7 cases, and 5 cases of pressure ulcer. The complications rate was 57.14%. The pulmonary infection, alimentary tract hemorrhage and pressure ratio of experi- mental group were significantly smaller than the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of experimental group and control group were 94.29% and 74.29%. Conclusion The comfortable nursing pattern used in acute cerebral hemor- rhage in patients has significant clinical effect, can improve the quality of primary care patients and patient satisfaction pass rate for nursing services.
