摘　　要：围绕地方高校应用型人才培养的课程体系构建,以西安邮电大学通信工程本科专业为例,构建了"一个核心,四横四纵"的课程体系,通过主干课程精品化、专业课群特色化、方向选择自主化、技术讲解前沿化的途径,有效解决了通信工程本科专业应用型人才培养中面临的理论与实践并重难的问题,突出了人才培养的特色化和个性化。The paper focuses on curriculum system of applied talents in local colleges and universities, with ＂one core, four hori- zontal and four vertical＂ is constructed, with communication engineering in Xi＇an University of Posts and Communications as a case study. With strategies such as improving main course quality, characterizing professional course groups, independence in the choice of direction as well as explaining frontier technology, this system provides an effective solution to balance theory and practice in communication engineering applied talents training. It has the features of talent cultivation characterization and per- sonalization.
