摘　　要：数字时代用户的信息行为与传统用户的信息行为有许多不同的特点,通过对广西23所本科院校图书馆的参考咨询服务状况进行调研分析,指出欠发达的西部高校图书馆应借鉴先进地区的成功经验,创新参考咨询服务的理念和模式,实行多元化的嵌入方式为用户提供满意的信息服务。Information about the userrs behavior in the digital age with the traditional behavior of the user＇s information has man- y different characteristics,based on the status of the libraryts reference services of Guangxi 23 colleges to conduct research, pointing out the less developed western university library should learn from advanced countries successful experience,innovative ideas and reference services model, the implementation of a wide range of embedded way to provide users with information serv- ices.
